MWF SOUL SURVIVOR VII: TAG TEAM TITLE ROYAL RUMBLE

President Cena has dropped perhaps the biggest bomb in his war with John Layfield and his Uprising at SOUL SURVIVOR VII Saturday, March 19th, at Memorial Hall in Melrose, MA.
Originally, the MWF Tag Team Titles were slated to be on the line with the champions JBL's Uprising (J-Busta & Antonio Thomas) defending against Julian Starr and Scott Reed, two hungry, young athletes that have been victims of Uprising attacks of late.
President Cena was informed by Uprising representation that Thomas was injured and would be unable to compete at SSVII. Due to JBL's event sponsorship, J-Busta was allowed the opportunity to select the partner of his choice to face Starr & Reed, as announced last week on the MWF Newsline.
On Friday night, MWF officials were informed by Scott Reed that he "didn't know" about SSVII and was going to be "out of town." That raised many eyebrows about the severity of the Uprisings beatings on him in recent weeks and him being up to par to face them as the March 19th event date has been promoted since last April. With Reed bowing out of the event, the MWF Board of Directors met and made the following decision.
At SOUL SURVIVOR VII, two matches will merge into one as J-Busta will defend the MWF Tag Team Titles in the "In It To Win It" Tag Team Title Royal Rumble! To make sure Julian Starr gets his hands on Busta, the two will open the Rumble for five minutes before athletes enter in two minute intervals. After everyone has entered and it's all said and done, the last two men standing will be MWF Tag Team Champions.
This leads to several interesting possibilities. What if Busta retains with a partner not part of JBL's Uprising?? What if the winners are two superstars that have never teamed before?? In a Royal Rumble type match, the only thing you can expect is the unexpected!
