MWF BOARD OF DIRECTORS COMMENTS ON NORTH CAROLINA MOVE

The Millennium Wrestling Federation Board of Directors has released the following statement on the company relocating to North Carolina:

To the fans of the Millennium Wrestling Federation,
It is with deep regret we inform you that the MWF will be relocating to North Carolina effective April 2012.  In our ten year history, we've never taken fan support lightly and appreciate every single individual that took time from their life and spent their hard earned money to support our product as we strived to give you the best live event experience possible.  This move was debated (relentlessly at times) and in the end with the help of former President John Cena Sr., who has acted as a consultant since leaving office, it was decided this was the best move for the business as a whole.
We sincerely apologize to our fanbase.  From the beginning, we never had any intent of leaving the Boston area.  Unfortunately, between the turn of events "independent wrestling" has taken in recent years along with outside the wrestling box entertainment options fans have in this area, from sports to music to movies, the move is a must for us to continue as is with live event business becoming a challenge since the summer of 2008, yet has been smooth sailing since Mr. Cena's initiative to bring live events to the Carolina's, beginning with a record setting crowd at our November 2010 debut there.
While the company prepares it's transition, company co-founder and commentator Dan Mirade has been placed in charge of local operations through April, including Mr. Cena giving him full control over our SOUL SURVIVOR VIII March 24th, 2012 finale at Memorial Hall in Melrose, MA, as well as being given the option to have the "confrontation" he's been requesting with "Stalker" Dylan Kage and Paul Bearer in-ring if he agrees to it being unsanctioned and signs off on the company not being responsible for any injury that may occur.
As one decade comes to a close and a new one begins, we're excited to have "The World Warrior" Low Ki as the face of the Millennium Wrestling Federation as our champion.  We also thank each and every fan - from New England to the Carolina's to fans from over 60 countries that have watched MWF TV programs online - for their support since 2001.
